Join artist Jenny Pope for a special workshop linked to her Vessel residency Buoyancy in unprecedented times.
The workshop will involve a group discussion, with participants discussing strategies for wellbeing in the current climate crisis. The workshops will involve reflection on what we need to maintain resilience in the uncertain times ahead. There will also be a discussion on what tool/object would symbolise our own way to cope and find strength.
Participants will be supported to make a tool, or construct an object to put into a collective ‘survival kit’ which will be exhibited at Art Walk Porty in September.
The workshops are open to everyone over the age of 16 and no prior artistic experience is required.
