Join Anna Neubert-Wood of WanderWomen and artist Peter Jones for a session of mindfully slowing down, letting nature inspire your creativity and connecting by the seaside at Portobello Beach. This collaborative workshop guides participants gently towards the joys of keeping a sketchbook – a vessel for our looking – and drawing for its own sake.
In this collaborative workshop with Wander Women founder Anna Neubert-Wood, artist Peter Jones will guide participants gently towards the joys of keeping a sketchbook – a vessel for our looking – and drawing for its own sake.
With no previous experience necessary, this workshop will help you to switch off, find your inner artist, and discover new possibilities.
You will need a waterproof pen, watercolour paints, a brush and a mid-size sketchbook (approx. A4 size, landscape or square format both fine).
Everybody is welcome to this event. We are running two sessions:
Limited numbers of tickets are available at £10 each (subsidised rate provided by Art Walk Porty).
Note: The location for this workshop has changed from the printed catalogue. It is to take place on Portobello Beach, at the bottom of John Street Lane
